NAPPY CAT
This is Nappy Cat, the official mascot for the FEU ministry team.
As you can see, it is about the most grotesque feline that you will
ever lay eyes on (this picture is actually quite flattering). Do not
let the emaciated looks fool you--Nappy has probably survived every disease
know to modern veterinary medicine. We suspect this animal has mystical
powers due to this state of constant near-death experience. Perhaps
this ancient cat arrived along with the Spanish colonizers.
Nappy Update:
I have some very sad news to report. We have not seen Nappy since
January of 2003. Quite a few cats were used as dissection specimens
by the science department that month. Could it be that Nappy sacrificed
its body to science? Maybe we have simply underestimated Nappy's feline
verasity--perhaps it is silently hiding, waiting to make a triumphal, defiant
return to FEU.
Either way, the legend of Nappy Cat lives on . . .
